For dinner tonight is leftovers from the shrimp boil along with a salad. For dessert is my new creation, lemon curd truffle! Here is what I did...
1 pound cake
2 cups of lemon curd, mine was leftover from my mini lemon meringues
1 tub of whip stuff
1 pint of raspberries
Cube the cake. I did mine in an 8x8 because I have a lid for it. I divided the ingredients for two layers: cake, curd, cake, curd, whip, raspberries. Enjoy ;-)
